EGG CRATE

• Egg crate return grilles for use in ceiling or sidewall
where a variety of bold crisp lines are desired with a
free area of 90%.
• The aluminium egg crate style core has a opening of
½”x½”.
• Frame is extruded aluminium alloy and are polyester
powder coated with a white finish.
• The frame has a typical wall thickness of 1 /16″ and
thickness of aluminium grid is 1 /32″.

• The frame mounting holes are dimpled, allowing for
a counter-sunk fastener head appearance.
• The grille is fitted with an opposed blade volume
control damper and is screw driver operated through
the face of the unit.
• Standard finish for fran(ie and core white color.
· Damper in black color. P~inted under electrostatic
polyester powder coating system . Other colors
available on request. The polyester powder of highest
quality are used to enhance the appearance of the
units.
